Billing Terms

30-day SPLAT access

New users receive 30 days of unlimited SPLAT access. The 30 days begin when a signed-in parent deliberately SPLATs a published product, or when a SPLAT of a product we have not published yet completes. No payment method is required to begin the 30-day period. The 30-day period does not automatically convert into a paid membership. After 30 days, the user must actively purchase a membership to continue unrestricted SPLAT access.

Founding Membership

Founding Membership is $58 per year. It is available for the first 200 successful paid memberships. Founding Membership positions are allocated upon successful payment completion, not upon initiating checkout.

A Founding Member keeps the $58 annual membership price while the membership remains continuously active. If the membership is canceled and later restarted, the founding price is lost and the then-current membership price will apply.

Standard Membership

After the first 200 successful paid memberships, Take Notice Membership is $78 per year.

Renewal

Membership renews annually unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewal at any time. Cancellation does not immediately end an already-paid membership. Access continues through the end of the current paid annual term.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Failed or interrupted payments

If a renewal payment fails, the membership may not renew. Founding membership pricing is retained only while the membership remains continuously active. If a membership lapses and is later restarted, the then-current membership price will apply.

Changes

Take Notice may change pricing for future memberships or future renewal periods. Any change affecting an existing member will be communicated before it takes effect.
