Depending on how you use Take Notice, this may include email address, account information, SPLAT activity including products searched or checked, product information you provide such as brand, model, version, or product code, products you choose to watch, communication preferences, basic site and interaction data, and information you voluntarily submit to Take Notice.

How we use information

We use this information to provide SPLAT results, manage your 30-day SPLAT access, operate memberships, remember products you choose to watch, send Monitoring Updates, Take Notice Alerts, and applicable product-specific Watch notifications, improve product matching and Take Notice services, and operate, protect, and maintain the website.

Take Notice does not sell personal information. Take Notice does not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Service providers

Take Notice uses third-party providers to help operate the service, including website hosting, database services, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing. These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services. Payment information is processed by our payment provider. Take Notice does not store complete payment-card information.

SPLAT activity and intelligence

Information from SPLAT activity may be retained to improve product identification, SPLAT results, and Children's Product Intelligence.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from emails using the unsubscribe link in applicable communications. Signed-in members can manage the products they Watch and their membership using the controls provided by Take Notice.

Children's privacy

Take Notice is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact hello@takenoticealerts.com.
