What we're seeing
Reports continue to describe severe rash, welts, blisters, peeling, bleeding, and raw skin. The same types of reactions appear across several diaper sizes and age groups. In some reports, the skin improved after the family changed brands.
Why this status
We recommend considering another diaper. Reports describing severe skin reactions continue to appear, including some that required medical care. No recall has been announced.
Since July 15
New reports since July 15 describe burns, blisters, and skin reactions serious enough for a doctor or emergency room.

What we're seeing
Reports describe loose or missing screws, the front legs separating, and the chair collapsing while a child is seated.
Why this status
We recommend considering another high chair. Multiple reports describe the same collapse problem involving the front legs or hardware. No recall has been announced.
Since July 15
A July 29 report says the front legs detached and a two-year-old's face struck a table. It matches the earlier collapse reports.

What we're seeing
Reports describe plastic inside the washer cracking or breaking into pieces during normal use. The pieces can end up where bottles and pump parts are cleaned. One report alleges a baby may have swallowed small plastic pieces.
Why this status
Watching Closely because several reports describe the same plastic problem, but the number of reports is still small and no injury has been confirmed. Check the inside before use and stop if you see cracks, brittle plastic, or loose pieces. No recall has been announced. A class action has been proposed but has not been approved by a court.
Since July 15
A July 24 report describes the same plastic breakdown. The lawsuit makes a similar claim about the plastic inside the washer.

What we're seeing
Reports say the toy burst or leaked and its contents touched a child's skin, causing burning or a rash. One child was treated in an emergency room.
Why this status
Several reports describe skin irritation after contact with the toy or its contents. Stop using the toy if it is damaged, leaking, unusually warm, or has a strong chemical smell. No recall has been announced.
Since July 15
A July 29 report describes a rash that lasted more than three days after contact with the toy.
