Product:  Up & Up Baby Wipes — Fragrance Free and Fresh Cucumber Scented

Issue: Microbial contamination. FDA testing confirmed the presence of Burkholderia cepacia complex and Burkholderia gladioli in product samples.

Affected: 9 PRODUCT SKUs

SOLD AT TARGET STORES NATIONWIDE AND TARGET.COM

Risk:  Bacterial contamination confirmed by FDA testing.

Serious and life-threatening infections, including sepsis and pneumonia. Newborns, infants, and immunocompromised children are particularly vulnerable.

Check:  Confirm whether wipes in use match the recalled products below.

Expiration dates: May 10, 2028 through November 5, 2028

Action:  Stop use immediately. Return to any Target store for a full refund.
